New Hoekstra-Bloomberg Licensing Agreement
Hoekstra Trading LLC is pleased to announce the expansion of its Data Acquisition Agreement with Bloomberg Finance LP to now include the licensing of D6T, the theoretical value of the D6 Renewable Identification number (RIN).
Under the agreement, Hoekstra will provide weekly D6T values along with the values of D3T (first licensed in 2024) and D4T (first licensed in 2023) for display on the Bloomberg Terminal, reporting, research and use throughout Bloomberg’s worldwide multimedia operations.
The D3T, D4T, and D6T values are computed weekly in Hoekstra’s ATTRACTOR II spreadsheet using the Irwin-McCormack-Stock and Meiselman theoretical RIN pricing models which are rooted in economic fundamentals and have been shown to track RIN market prices better than any other modeling or forecasting methods.
D3T, D4T, and D6T are the world’s first licensed theoretical values of tradable environmental credits.
